Finding the truth of “what is you” - everything else is just noise. Noise that gives you a temporary identity; the story of your life. The story arises out of, is made up of, and is experienced by Consciousness (aka God, Brahman, Emptiness, Allah, the unified Quantum Field…). Impossible to comprehend, Consciousness can only be experienced. Freedom is here; not freedom from anything - just freedom.

Failing to inquire into this truth keeps you captured in the story. Realizing this truth opens the possibility to truly engage in life, no longer being held back by fear in any of it’s myriad forms.

This realization isn’t in any way “special”. It is always available to everyone but because it can only be experienced directly as the very thing we are, everything we do to try and get to this realization takes us further away from it…it took years of study and practice for me to finally understand that Consciousness is not something I could get to You can’t make it happen, you can only let it happen and it doesn’t have to take years; in fact it can only ever happen right now.

Sept 6-7, 2025 Get Together:

In our time together we'll do the impossible: we'll explore that which can't be explored. or talked about, or be experienced.  It can only be understood at a level that defies any understanding.  There is a chance that you'll wake up to the understanding that life as you know it is an illusion - meaning that it's something very different from what it appears to be - and that the "you" who attends this retreat doesn't survive, realizing that the self you thought you were never existed outside of that thought.  

This is the understanding that defies any understanding we know; an understanding that opens to the mystery that is way beyond anything our minds can comprehend.  From personal (ha!) experience I can say that this is where freedom lives;  where stillness, emptiness, god, consciousness becomes totally intimate and totally impersonal.
